REFUND/RETURN POLICY

At Flavour Hub Inc., we strive to provide high-quality flavouring supplies and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund/return policy carefully before making a purchase on our website.

    1. Returns

a) We do not accept returns on our products due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations.

b) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to assist with processing your claim.

c) If we determine that the product is damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion.

    1. Refunds

a) We do not offer refunds on our products, except in the case of a damaged or defective product as described above.

b) If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

    1. Cancellations

a) Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final.

    1. Shipping

a) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

b) If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
