REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Overview
Due to the potential for contamination, no opened products can be accepted for return. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for refund. If the return is required due to an error by Flavour Hub, shipping costs shall be covered by way of a shipping label being provided to the customer for return. In the even the return is required due to customer preference or other issue that is not the liability of Flavour Hub, the return shipping shall be at the expense of the customer. Beyond 30 days of delivery, no refunds or returns can be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any refunds will be made via the method of payment through which the payment was originally received, unless otherwise determined more feasible and/or convenient at the discretion of Flavour Hub. Please note that credit card refunds can take a number of days to be processed by your card provider. Contact your card issuer for more information with regard to their refund processing times.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@flavourhub.ca and if approved we shall provide a shipping label for the return of the item. May require payment of shipping cost.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is required due to our own error as determined by Flavour Hub.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
